Four generation types under one dispatch EMS

Wind, solar, thermal and storage all connect to one energy management system. Dispatch revises output forecasts on a rolling 15-minute basis, curtailment is pushed down to 1.8%, and storage covers 420 MWh of peaking capacity that carries the evening peak.

Safety and emergency response HSE

21 plants and substations feed one unified safety monitoring system; work permits, the two-permit three-system regime and defect management all run online, from the same source as group OA approvals. Emergency command supports GIS positioning, repair crew dispatch and materials coordination, with an average fault recovery time of 42 minutes.
